How to reserve the services, What is included in our price: Please read the following information carefully for your own benefits. While you submit query and deposit the amount to HelloHolidays (Nickair Travels Pvt. Ltd.) for the services rendered by you, you accept the terms & conditions mentioned herein below. You also agree that all these terms and conditions apply to the agreement that HelloHolidays, its representative/s and handling executive supplies to you.
How to Make Reservation:
Customers availing the services of HelloHolidays are requested to fill all necessary fields given in the Reservation Form on the website and submit the same to send to our Tours Department. Should the customer need immediate assistance, may get in touch with us directly through our e-mail email@example.com OR any of the contact address given on the website. Our travel experts will ensure earliest possible reply to your query with the best of the available information. HelloHolidays reserve the right to not to accept any booking order without assigning any reason thereof. No reservation is accepted and completed till the agreed amount for the desired service is received by HelloHolidays from the customer, until specified unless.
What is included in our price:
The rates quoted by us to any customer during the course of correspondence are valid for the period mentioned by the customer in their query or as specified in our reply. Incase no period is specified kindly recheck the same with the concerned staff in our office. The rates quoted by us are not applicable for the festive dates, especially during X-Mas and New Year (15th Dec - 15th Jan) period, until specified unless. The offers for festive dates will be given upon request only. All our rates are exclusive of all applicable taxes (Hotel Expenditure Tax, Luxury Tax, Service Tax, Road Tax, State / Central Govt. Tax, Govt of India Service tax etc.), until specified unless. Our price offers can be in Indian Rupees, US Dollars, Euro, GBP or any other major currency depending on the nationality / location of the customer corresponding with us. Any increase in tax structure, fuel charges OR any additional tax introduced by state/central Govt. during the course of fulfillment of the services shall be payable by the customer availing our services. The rates indicated on the website for any service are tentative only, based on group travels, until specified unless. The visitors are requested to contact our office to get exact cost for the required travel service/s for their visit.
Hotel Check-in / check-out policy:
Most of the hotels in India offer 1400 hrs check in and 1200 hrs. check out facility. Complementary ‘Early Check-In’ OR ‘Late Check Out’ required by any customers is always subject to the approval of the respective hotel/s based on the availability of the room at the time of arrival/departure of the guest. For such facility a written request is to be sent to our file handling executive enabling him / her to check the possibilities with the hotel/s for the same. HelloHolidays and any of its representatives do not guarantee early check in / late check out without approval from the hotel. Customers are requested to take a written confirmation from our office for the same, after sending request.
As directed by the concerned authorities and policy of the Company full invoiced amount will be collected in advance from the customer before their arrival in India OR before the start of the services OR as negotiated by them with our office. To hold the booking on definite basis a token advance payment will be required by us (the amount will be decided by the executive during the course of correspondence based on the availability with the hotels and other services requested by the customer). The balance payments can be paid later as per the time limit negotiated by the customer with our staff while proceeding with reservation with us. Our file-handling executive retains the right to decide upon payments options, based on the nature of the services and the time left in the operation of the tour. In exceptional cases such as Luxury Train Bookings, Hotel or Tour Package bookings during festive dates and peak period, full payment will be required in advance as per the policy of the hotels in India, as to avoid any cancellation charges on us in-case of sudden cancellation by the customer OR no-show.
Mode of payments:
HelloHolidays provides the following payment mode to its customers:- For Indian customers and foreigners residing in India, may send a Demand Draft / Pay Order issued in Indian Currency, favoring " Nickair Travels Pvt Ltd. " payable at Delhi; to our Head Office as per the address mentioned in our contact list. Indian clients or foreigners residing in India may also deposit the cash amount/cheque to the nearest ICICI Bank branch using our following account details:-

The customer residing outside India may use the following options
(1.) Swift Bank Transfer: send the money to us through Swift Bank Transfer System. In such cases a copy of bank activity report (Telegraphic Transfer Report) may kindly be faxed / e-mailed to us for our file records and further follow up with our banker. Customers are requested to be sure that the money must be remitted to our bank account atleast 45 days prior to the delivery of the services until any flexibility authorized by Nickair Travels Pvt Ltd. otherwise, during the course of correspondence. While transferring the money to us kindly ensure that all bank service charges are included in the payments since the same are to be bared by the party transferring the money to us. Any difference in invoice value and received money has to be settled by the customer before the start of the services.
(2.) Online Credit Card Payment: Our customers may also use our Secure Online Payments Gateway. In such cases the Bank service charges @ 5% for online transaction will be paid extra by the customer, over and above the transaction value, until included in our package cost, otherwise. We accept Visa and Master Card for all online payments. As per the latest directions received from Visa and Master Card companies, to prevent the fraudent cases, incase required, Hello Holidays retains the right to ask the customer to fill a “Payment Authorisation Form” (Please click to see the format) and a copy of passport of the Credit Card holder OR front copy of the credit card, for the purpose of checking authentication of the transaction and security of the payments. It is informed hereby by the Company and the person making the payment undertake to unconditionally honour and pay to Hello Holidays without demur and contestation, the charges against the services purchased by him/her/them, as and when billed the same by his/her/their bankers. While using the Online Payment Gateway of Hello Holidays, the customer is aware that the online bank charges (5% of the invoice value) for every transaction is payable by the credit card holder while making the payments. The customer is also aware that the payment is refundable ‘only’ as per the cancellation policy of the Company. The Credit Card holder, while using the Online Payment Gateway of Hello Holidays hereby confirm and accept, that in no case after expiration of the cancellation date and / or after consuming the services of the requested tour, the money will be refunded by the Company and I agree for no further chargeback in any case.
In special cases, if agreed by our personnel the balance amount can also be paid either in cash OR through Travelers Cheques upon arrival in India in US Dollars or any other foreign currency, acceptable by the banks in India. In-case the customer wish to make payment in Indian currency, a Money Exchange Certificate issued by any authorized Indian money changing bank for equivalent (or higher) amount will be required along with a copy of passport of the customer making payments to us. Please note that such flexibilities of part payment on arrival, may work only in the off season time when the hotels and other service providers gets more flexible in payment terms, in order to collect business.
Payment receipt and service vouchers:
A copy of the invoice, payment receipt will be sent to the customer through e-mail or fax after final confirmation and payment process and the original copy of the same will be given to the customer along with other original travel service vouchers upon arrival in India. A copy of all service vouchers (air/train tickets, hotels and transport vouchers etc) will also be forwarded to the respective hotels and other service providers by our file handling executive for further tour arrangements. In-case the customer wish to receive the original travel documents by courier at any place outside the country, the courier expenses etc. will be bared by the customer and will be payable to us in advance. In-case of non-receipt of any required document/s from our side, the customer may write to our team, asking for the same.
Amendments / Extension in stay: After finalizing the tour services, in-case of any amendment in the bookings requested by the customer, our confirmation will be subject to availability of the desired service. Customers are kindly requested to contact our office in Delhi for any amendments / extension to avail the benefits of our super saver offers. Hello its staff and representatives take no liability for any additional expense/s incurred due to such amendments requested by the customer. The additional expenses (if any) will be informed to the customer by the Company representative during the course of correspondence and the amendments will be made only after the acceptance / confirmation from the customer on additional payments, if any.
Reconfirmation of hotel bookings:
As per the policy of the hotels in India, all hotel reservation are required to be reconfirmed by the agent / customer at least 60 days prior to the arrival in-case of groups and 45 days prior to the arrival date in-case of individual travelers, failing which the hotel/s reserve the right to release blocked accommodation and levy at least retention charges equal to one night room rent (or as per the hotel policy), which is payable by the customer making reservation through us. Neither we nor any of our representatives take the responsibility to make any refund to the clients on behalf of the hotel or any other service provider for any cancellation charged by the hotel or any other service provider.
Cancellation and refunds:
Cancellation for any booking are to be made to our Head Office (under copy to the staff corresponding with the customer) through e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org , atleast 45 days prior to the date of arrival incase of Individual trip and 60 days prior to the date of arrival incase of Group booking (or as per the policy of the hotel, for any specific period). As per the rule in India all payment refund will be made in Indian Rupees only, as per the conversation rate prevailing at the time of refund. The following cancellation charges will levy.

Bookings for X-Mas and New Year Period (20 Dec – 10 Jan) will be confirmed against full non refundable advance payment only.
Refund for unutilized service:
HelloHolidays (Nickair Travels Pvt Ltd.), its staff and any representative do not bear any responsibility for any refund after the completion of the tour, for any unutilized service like hotel stay, road / air transportation & meals etc. The refund requests for any unutilized service will be sent to the hotel and other service provider on behalf of the customer, after receiving the claim letter from them. After receiving the refund from the service providers the same will be forwarded to the customer at the earliest possible time. Usually this process of refund to the customer takes 3-4weeks (or more) after receiving the letter from customer.
HelloHolidays (Nickair Travels Pvt Ltd.), and its entire representative are committed to provide the best of the services and information to every customer. While offering any travel related service to the customer, we endeavor to ensure that all the information given by us on our website or through any other source or provided by our representative, are complete and accurate to our knowledge. We neither guarantee nor take any responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided on our website or by the staff/representative of Spettro Holidays, during the course of correspondence with the customer. We also do not take the responsibility for any complaint/ dispute between the customer and any hotel. The customers are requested and required to check the details of the hotel/s and other services through internet or our staff before finalizing the reservations through us.
If the customer is not satisfied and wish to make a complaint (during or after the completion of the journey) about the hotel, transport, guide, air travel, train journey or any part of the services rendered through Hello Holidays, we request our customer to send us a written note in detail through fax OR e-mail as to enable us forward the same to the concerned authority/authorized person for their / his/ her clarification and further action on the same. Being a Tour Operator, we will act fast and at the highest professional level to solve the problem with the customer but HelloHolidays (Nickair Travels Pvt Ltd.) and any of its representative does not take any responsibility for any compensation or refund due to any complaint made by the customer during or after the fulfillment of the services. Hello Holidays and its representatives also do not take the responsibility for any dispute between the client and the hotel/s.
Our packages and other rate offers are inclusive of the services specified in our contract sent to the customer during the course of correspondence. Service like International air tickets, visa, monument / museum entry tickets, travel insurance, special services / parties, personal expenses, tips, meals other then specified in the offer letter, camera fee at monuments etc. are not included in our offers until specified unless. Any additional expenses incurred during the fulfillment of the services, due to any unforeseen circumstances such as political closure, strikes, natural hazard, technical failure, flight or train delay / cancellation, sickness or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, will be paid by the customer. Any additional tax introduced by the State / Central Govt. or any other concerned authority OR any hike in diesel / petrol rate, museum / monument entry tickets, guide fee etc. incurred during the course of fulfillment of the tour, will be charged to the customer accordingly. We do not take any responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to person/s or his/her/their property due to any natural reasons, accident, technical fault, strikes, riots, thefts, wars situation, civil disturbances, or any other reasons beyond our control.

Helloholidays.in does not warrant that defects would be corrected or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not Helloholidays.in) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. user specifically acknowledges that Helloholidays.in is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third-parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with user.

In no event will Helloholidays.in, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing Helloholidays.in or the Helloholidays.in software, beliable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use Helloholidays.in user hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on Helloholidays.in.
E. In addition to the terms set forth above, neither Helloholidays.in, nor its affiliates, information providers or content partners shall be liable regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, in accuracies, omissions, or other defects in, or ntimeliness or unauthenticity of, the information contained within Helloholidays.in, or for any delay or interruption in the transmission there of to the user, or for any claims or losses arising there from or occasioned thereby. None of the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages. Neither Helloholidays.in nor its affiliates, information providers or content providers warrant or guarantee the timeliness, sequence, accuracy or completeness of this information. additionally, there are no warranties as to the results obtained from the use of the information.
